Pick Up In Store:

Pick Up In Store is available at select Cazza Petite and Zacks locations when all items in your order are available at the same participating store. Partial pickups are not available. Available pickup options will appear at checkout.

ONLINE PURCHASES: RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

All original tags must be attached.

A valid receipt must be presented.

REGULAR PRICED AND MERCHANDISE REDUCED BY LESS THAN 50%

Within 30 days of the purchase date, regular priced items and items reduced by less than 50% can be returned to any store, or by mail, for a refund to the original method of payment.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

SALE MERCHANDISE FROM 50% TO UP TO 70% OFF

Within 30 days of the purchase date, items purchased at a discounted price of more than 50% but less than 70% can be returned to any store, or by mail, for on line shop credit.

No refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE

Items purchased at a discount of 70% or more are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

All accessories are final sale.

Gift cards and loyalty cards are final sale.

In-Store Returns: We offer free returns at any of our stores 

Mail Returns: Returns may be sent by mail, at the expense of the customer.

RETURN BY MAIL

When returning by mail, please ensure your items meet the return policy requirements and are dropped off at a courier location within the eligible timeframe, so that your refund is processed on the appropriate payment method. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of order date. A packing slip is required for all refunds.

We reserve the right to not process the refund if the policy is not followed. You will be contacted and informed if there is an issue with your return.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES

Purchased paid by AfterPay marked down more than 70% off are final sale.

Purchases paid by After Pay marked down less than 70% will be refunded to After Pay

Refunds will be issued through AfterPay according to their rules and regulations.

AfterPay purchases may be returned in-store or by mail, according to the same eligibility rules above.

Refunds will be processed once the merchandise has been received and inspected. Refunds are subject to the approval of our Quality Control team.

PRICE MATCH

Once an order has left our warehouse, we are not able to modify any prices.

You can return the order by mail or in-store, and reorder or purchase in store at the lower price.

ITEMS NOT AS ORDERED

Sometimes, unfortunately, things don’t go as planned.

IN STORE PURCHASES

In Store purchases may be returned in-store within 14 days of purchase.

A sales receipt is required for all returns.

All items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased with all tags intact.

Merchandise marked down more than 50% are final sale.

Items stamped final sale, or merchandise reduced more than 50% off are not refundable.
