Cazza Petite and Zacks will choose the best shipping carrier for your delivery. We work with the best companies in the industry: DICOM, Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS and DHL. 

Processing time:

Please allow 2–3 business days to process your order after payment has been successfully authorized, followed by 1–5 business days for delivery.

Shipping fees:

We offer FREE standard shipping throughout Canada with any standard online purchase of $75 or more before taxes.

For orders under $75: Standard Shipping throughout Canada / 1–5 business days after processing / $9.95 CAD

In-Store Pickup:

Pick Up In Store is now available at select Cazza Petite & Zacks locations. All items in your order must be in stock at the selected pickup location. Partial pickups are not available. Available pickup locations will be shown at checkout. Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup email before visiting the store.

Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the associated tracking number. Just click on the link provided to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the carrier's site.
