Cazza Petite and Zacks will choose the best shipping carrier for your delivery. We work with the best companies in the industry: DICOM, Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS and DHL.
PROCESSING TIMES:
All orders placed will be shipped within 3-5 business days, once your payment has been successfully authorized.
SHIPPING FEES:
We offer FREE standard shipping with any standard online purchase of $75 or more before taxes.
Shipping fees will apply to orders under $75:
- Standard Shipping / 3-5 business days / $7.49 CAD
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
We unfortunately don't offer in-store pick-ups at this time or the option to reserve your items at the closest store.
We do not offer international shipping, outside of Canada.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
TRACKING:
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with the associated tracking number. Just click on the link provided to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the carrier's site.
