All orders placed will be shipped within 2-3 business days, once your payment has been successfully authorized.
We offer FREE standard shipping with any standard online purchase of $150 or more before taxes.
Shipping fees will apply to orders under $150:

We unfortunately don't offer in-store pick-ups at this time or the option to reserve your items at the closest store.
We do not offer international shipping, outside of Canada.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with the associated tracking number. Just click on the link provided to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the carrier's site.

Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange any item that is in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was a final sale.
Returns and exchanges for purchases made on-line
If something is not right with your purchase, you can return or exchange your purchase(s) by mail or in any of our stores within 30 days from the date of your purchase. To make a return, two options are available; send your goods back by mail or visit any one of our boutiques.
Any amount refunded will be applied in the same manner as the original payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If it is more convenient for you, merchandise may be returned or exchanged at any of our stores. Bring the item in its original condition with the invoice received by email at the time of purchase with the price ticket still attached within 30 days of your purchase date. Our sales consultants will be happy to provide a hassle-free return or exchange. Any amount refunded will be applied in the same manner as the original payment.
Since we ship our merchandise from our stores, if you choose to return the merchandise by mail, you must ensure that it is returned to the same location that it was shipped from.
Once the return is received in our store, we will issue a refund or credit. Please note that this procedure may take up to 10 business days to process. Any amount refunded will be applied in the same manner as the original payment.

If, for whatever reason, you decide that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, you can obtain a refund or an exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
You must return the item(s) in their original new condition with the ticket still attached and along with your original bill.
